FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF MAY I WILL HAVE MY FIRST MAJOR SHOW at Gallery 113 on State Street in downtown Santa Barbara.  The opening reception will be Thursday, May 2, from 5 to 8; there will be a PRIVATE RECEPTION on Thursday, May 16, from 5 to 8 as well.  The show includes almost all new pieces, ranging from the sensuous “Love Once Forbidden” and “Strong Beautiful Woman” to engaging thought provoking pieces such as “Tears of Time” and “Meet Me in Cyberspace”.  Though barely opened, the show has already received favorable reviews from fellow artists.  Please come by and take a look!

My painting “The Divine Considers Creating an Accident” is on display in Carpinteria at Gallery 855 in the Carpinteria Valley Art Council’s “Metamorphosis” Exhibit.  The show was curated by Susan Bush, the Curator of Contemporary Art at the Sullivan Goss Gallery in Santa Barbara.  The exhibit is open through the first week in May.

Gallery 113, Mezzanine, February 2013

I have a SECOND SHOW on the mezzanine at Gallery 113 in Santa Barbara which is open daily and will run through the month of February.  It is an extension and a remake of my January show and is entitled “HEY LOOK, IT’S A SECOND WALL OF ART!”  I hope you can come by and take a look.  There are some very dramatic pieces in this exhibit, especially the painting of the “King”.

Gallery 113’s January 2013 Show

I just found out that Iwill have my own wall in JANUARY 2013 at Gallery 113 featuring all new work!  For me this a big deal since it is the first time I will be able to group my paintings into a show and hang whatever wherever.  Very cool. I hope you can stop by and take a look.
